The 38th Aahar International Food and Hospitality Fair 2024 will be organized from Thursday at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. This fair will be organized from 7th to11th March. Haryana will participate with 14 food product Stalls in this fair, where famous cuisines of the state will be showcased. The main attraction of this fair will be new start-ups and products of different categories in food Sector. More than 1800 exhibitors from India and abroad are going to participate in this fair.
न्यूज़ डेक्स।। 38वाँ आहार अंतरराष्ट्रीय खाद्य एवं आतिथ्य मेला 2024 नई दिल्ली के प्रगति मैदान में आज से शुरू हो रहा है। 7 मार्च से 11 मार्च तक आयोजित होने वाले इस मेले के मुख्य आकर्षणों में नए उत्पादों को लॉन्च व प्रदर्शित करना शामिल है।
देश और विदेश से 1800 से अधिक प्रदर्शक स्टॉल के माध्यम से इस मेला का हिस्सा होंगे। अन्य वर्षो की तरह इस बार भी मेले में हरियाणा राज्य के खाद्य उत्पादों की स्टालों की अधिकता रहेगी। इस बार मेला में हरियाणा के 14 स्टॉल रखे गए हैं।
हरियाणा राज्य की ओर से मुख्य रूप से चावल, दूध, सोया, मशरूम से बने विभिन्न उत्पाद, पैकेजिंग मैटेरियल और अन्य खाद्य पदार्थों से सम्बद्ध उपकरणों को प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा। हरियाणा की ओर से सभी स्टॉल प्रगति मैदान के भारत मंडपम के हॉल नंबर 4 के भूतल पर लगाए जा गए हैं।
यह आहार मेला भारत का सबसे बड़ा आहार एवं आतिथ्य मेला है जो बिजनेस टू बिजनेस (बी2बी) मेले के रूप में अपनी पहचान बना रहा है। इस मेले का आयोजन भारत व्यापार संवर्द्धन संगठन (आईटीपीओ) द्वारा किया जा रहा है।

इस आहार मेले का उद्देश्य होटल उद्योग और पर्यटन क्षेत्र को दिल्ली-एनसीआर समेत अन्य जगहों में बढ़ावा देना है और नये आइडिया व स्टार्टअप को नई तकनीक के साथ सामने लाने का है।

यह मेला भारत मंडपम के हॉल 1 से 12, 12ए और हॉल 14 में लगाया जा रहा है। भैरों रोड से गेट न. 1 व 4 से वहीं मथुरा रोड से गेट न. 6 व 10 से इस मेले के लिए प्रवेश किया जा सकता है।

Different flexible packaging for processed food products, machines and other equipments related to food items will also be displayed in this fair. All the stalls from Haryana are exhibited in Hall No. 4 at ground floor in Bharat Mandapam.
